HOW TO USE THIS TRIANGLE PLATE:
 
FOR CLEANSING & PROGRAMMING CRYSTALS:  
  • Method 1: Hold the selenite triangle over the crystal you want to cleanse, and visualize any negative energy or energies being drawn out of the crystal and dissipating into the ether.
  • Method 2: Simply hold the crystal you want to activate in one hand, and then hold the selenite triangle in the other hand. Visualize a bright light emanating from the selenite and entering into the other crystal.
  • Method 3: Place the Selenite on a flat surface and put your crystal on top of it for several hours or even overnight. Your intuition will tell you when it is already cleansed.

FOR MEDITATION: The Selenite triangle plates can be used for meditation. Place them in front of you and focus on the light coming from them. Let the light wash over you and clear your mind. The plates can also be placed around your home to bring peace and calm to your environment.

FOR CHAKRA HEALING: First, identify which Chakra is out of balance. Second, place the Selenite plate on the area of the body associated with that Chakra.
