A Brow Chakra Japa Ritual

1. Hold your mala with reverence and set a clear intention.
2. Sit comfortably with a straight spine.
3. Begin at the guru bead and move one bead at a time with each repetition.
4. Chant or silently intone the sacred mantra OM (AUM), the seed sound of light.
