BASIC MEDITATION USING CRYSTALS

Crystals are commonly used as tools for meditation and healing. Each type of crystal has its own unique vibration and energy, which can be used to promote relaxation, focus and clarity during meditation.
 
There are many different ways to use crystals during meditation. Some people like to hold a crystal in each hand or place them on different parts of the body. Others prefer to gaze at a crystal while they meditate, or place them in front of them on a flat surface.
 
A mala necklace made from gemstones can also be used during meditation. A mala necklace is a string of 108 beads, traditionally used for counting mantras during meditation. Many people now also wear them as a reminder to stay present and mindful throughout the day. Adding crystals to a mala necklace can infuse it with additional healing energy.
