How to Order

Namaste! Thank you for your interest in ordering from The Mala Tree Crystal Shop!

Ordering via the website is easy! You don't need a credit card because we have numerous payment methods. You may opt to sign up for an account in our website (recommended) or order as a guest.

Here is a step-by-step guide:


1. CHOOSE your currency. Philippine Peso, US Dollar, Euros, Australian Dollars, Indonesian Rupiah, etc.
2. BROWSE products.
3. If you like an item, click ADD TO CART. Browse for other items you like and click ADD to cart.
4. SAVE on shipping fee by maximizing the number of your orders per transaction.
5. CHECKOUT once you have added everything you like in the cart.
6. FILL out the shipping information form.
7. SELECT applicable Shipping Fee

FOR PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS:
• Choose standard LBC shipping.
• Bigger and heavier items like lamps, geodes, etc. have different shipping rates.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we ship anywhere in the world. We ship items via a traceable method thru a local partner of DHL. Your orders are safe. If your country is not on the list, kindly email us at support@themalatree.com.

8. CHOOSE a payment method.
PAYPAL Direct Payments are accepted. You may also connect a credit card to a Paypal account and pay using that.
BANK DEPOSIT via BPI, BDO, and Metro Bank
MONEY TRANSFERS. We ONLY accept money transfer payments made through: GCASH and LBC.
9. ENTER a discount code, if available. Sometimes we post promos on Facebook and Instagram with promo codes that our customers can use. We also post exclusive promo codes for subscribers of our newsletter and members of the Viber community, Owners of The Mala Tree’s Abundance Planner 2021 can avail of the monthly discount codes printed on the last page of the planner.
10. CHECKOUT. All successful orders will be given their respective order numbers. This will be emailed to you.
11. SETTLE YOUR PAYMENT as soon as possible. We usually cancel orders on the 5th day after placing an order if it remains unpaid.
12. REPLY to the order email we previously sent with a screenshot/photo of your proof of payment.
13. PLEASE GIVE US 24 TO 48 HOURS TO VERIFY your payments and reply. Once payment has been verified, we will start sending you email updates:

  • “Waiting for Fulfillment” means your orders are being prepared and cleansed/programmed.
  • “Waiting for Pick-up” means your order has been packed and we are just waiting for the partner courier to pick it up.
  • “Shipped / Partially Shipped” means your order has already been picked up by the courier. You will receive a tracking number for your order. We have conveniently placed links to the tracking page of the courier in the “Track Your Order” section of this website.

14. REALISTIC WAITING PERIOD for your orders are as follows:

  • METRO MANILA, via LBC: 3 to 7 Business Days (but it comes earlier most of the time)
  • LUZON, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO, via LBC: 6 to 14 Business Days, depending on location (but it comes earlier most of the time)
  • INTERNATIONAL, via LBC (DHL’s local partner): Minimum of 14 Days.

15. WHERE TO FOLLOW-UP: We encourage you to reply to the order email we sent you when following up so it will be easier to identify your order and access our database.
16. SHOULD THERE BE SLIGHT DELAYS, please consider the following:

  • The COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
  • Our handmade items (Mala/Wrist Mala, Ojo de Dios, Soulthread Décor, Healing Metals, etc.)–yes, we make them¬ ourselves– take time to create when they are not on-hand.
  • We don’t ship on inauspicious days. We do this for you because we make sure that elements of luck and positivity are incorporated in every step of the ordering process.
